The performance and life of a crane depends largely on regular and proper lubrication. Check the lubrication condition of each lubricating part every 2-3 months, and refuel or replace the engine oil in time according to the different operating parts. For cranes that are frequently used and in harsh environments, the refueling cycle should be reduced as needed to ensure that all mechanisms work under good lubrication conditions.
- Lubrication technique
Oil separation pool lubrication (closed reducer), heating dip coating lubrication (wire rope), and oil cup type oil gun lubrication (other lubrication components) are the three types.
- Lubricating components
Reducers, open gears, wheel bearing boxes, separate rails, motor bearings, brake contacts, and hydraulic cylinders of shaft bolt hydraulic pushers for a variety of mechanisms are all available. Each mechanism's oil cup lubrication sites are highlighted in red.
- Lubricant oil for each lubricating component
① Reducer: In the summer, use N100 medium load gear oil or 30 good gear oil, and in the winter, use N78 medium load gear oil or 20 gear oil.
②Hydraulic brake pusher: use No. 25 transformer oil in the summer and No. 10 aviation or instrument oil in the winter.
③Steel wire rope grease made of synthetic graphite calcium base or another steel wire rope grease.
④Lithium base lubricating oil, No. 2 for summer and No. 1 for winter, for bearings, gear couplings, and open gears in various components.
⑤ Use calcium-based or lithium-based grease or No. 45 engine oil for nodes and bolts with slight relative motion.
- Safety precautions
① The amount of lubricating oil added to the reducer is determined by the oil probe's or oil scale's upper and lower limit scales. Oil leakage will occur if too much oil is supplied.
②Lubricating oil should be kept clean on a regular basis, and it should be rigorously filtered when changed.
③Clean the oil pipeline on a regular basis to maintain the oil flowing freely.
④Lubricating oils and greases of different types must not be mixed.
- The lubricating oils and greases described in Articles 2 and 3 are models and specifications that are recommended. Customers can select more appropriate lubricating oils and greases for various occasions based on their experience and relevant lubricating oil information.
起重机润滑维护

3、各润滑部件的润滑油
①减速机:夏季使用N100中负荷齿轮油或30号齿轮油,冬季使用N78中负荷齿轮油或20号齿轮油。
②液压推动器:夏季使用25号变压器油,冬季使用10号航空或仪表油。
③由合成石墨钙基或其他钢丝绳润滑脂制成的钢丝绳润滑脂。
④锂基润滑油,夏季2号,冬季1号,适用于各种部件的轴承、齿式联轴器、开式齿轮。
⑤ 有轻微相对运动的节点和螺栓使用钙基或锂基润滑脂或45号机油。
4、安全注意事项
① 减速器的润滑油加量以油量探头或油量标尺的上下限刻度为准。 供油过多会漏油。
②润滑油应定期保持清洁,更换时应严格过滤。
③定期清洗输油管路,保持油液畅通。
④不同型号的润滑油、脂不得混用。
5、第2条和第3条所述润滑油、脂为推荐型号和规格。 客户可以根据自己的经验和相关润滑油资料,选择更适合各种场合的润滑油和脂。
